Live Out Loud Scholarship Sponsor · $5,000

Every year, LGBTQ+ high school seniors are recognized and awarded scholarships for their outstanding leadership and commitment to working towards positive change. The Young Trailblazers Scholarship program has awarded 80 LGBTQ+ youth scholarships over the past 20 years.

Live Out Loud’s School Program partners with schools across New York City to implement educational curriculum focused on LGBTQ issues, awareness, and action. Students participate in activities, engage in discussion, and put their ideas into action as they make a difference in their community. Live Out Loud also utilizes a vast team of volunteer role models to support LGBTQ youth in New York City schools.

Live Out Loud’s Behind The Scenes connects youth with professional LGBT-affinity groups at major corporations. This unique program allows LGBTQ youth to meet out professionals who can help them see the support offered to LGBTQ employees in many corporations. “Behind the Scenes” has developed relationships with BuzzFeed, Google, The New York Times, NBCUniversal and UBER.
